'A review of recent traffic counts and accident history revealed the intersection does now meet Signal Warrant #7 (Crash Experience). We are recommending installing a fully activated traffic signal with pedestrian heads and advanced signs with flashing beacons. We hope to obtain funding and have this improvement constructed during 2010." Is that a Christmas present to the City of Mossyrock?!
