COMMUNITY MEETING

A community meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 12 - 3:30 p.m. at the Mossyrock Junior/Senior High School gym. Washington State Department of Transportation conducted a traffic study at the corner of Hwy 12 and SR 122/Williams St. in December to decide what safety changes could be made to that intersection. They have analyzed their data and will present their findings and plan for the upgrades. Planned speakers for this meeting will be Southwest Regional Administrator Bart Gernhart and Deputy Regional Administrator, Rick Sjolander. They have also invited the Mossyrock Mayor, the City Council, and the Washington State Patrol.
