Ice Cream Social Success

What a wonderful sight to see so many volunteers and representatives of whole groups that are stepping up to the challenge of making the Blueberry Festival a success. We served a lot of Ice Cream and got to acknowledge each attending volunteers contributions. I do not have all the names at hand but will list them later if a few of you request it (comment section at the bottom of this post). Thank you to all who are working or will be working to make this third year of the Blueberry Festival a fun and prosperous event for our town. We expect to double our visitors over last year. Someone said triple? We will be utilizing the opportunity to make money off of the many visitors who pass through our town each year but seldom stop to spend their recreation dollars here. If you know of anyone willing to use their property ($$) to allow RVs for a one night stay we would love to hear from you. Tacoma Power camp sites were already fully booked in June many people are asking about camping, including a couple from Onalaska! Carlyn jensen cjw4kids@yahoo.com
